In this series, we will meditate on one of Buddhism’s best-loved teachings, Eight Verses for Training the Mind by the great Tibetan meditation master, Geshe Langri Tangpa. By following the steps of this ancient system, we can learn to strengthen our compassion and loving-kindness, and find meaning and happiness in the midst of our busy, modern life.
Each class includes a short talk and two guided meditations.
